Rates can be per project or hourly and are negotiable depending on the project. All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in advance. Larger projects will likely be broken down in to multiple payments and also will be agreed to in advance.
Large Companies (100+ Employees): $80/hour – 4-hour minimum + travel*
Medium Companies (50 – 99 Employees): $70/hour – 2-hour minimum + travel*
Small Businesses (0 – 49 Employees): $60/hour – 1-hour minimum + travel*
Individuals: $60/hour – ½ hour minimum (minimum applies to local clients only**)
Senior Citizens: $50/hour – ½ hour minimum (minimum applies to local clients only**)
*travel is required only if the company cannot be driven to within 1 hour from my home. If overnight stays are required, the company would also need to provide accommodations similar to a 3-star hotel and transportation, as needed.
**Local clients are those who are roughly within 20 minutes from beautiful, downtown Saugerties, NY
Remote work is also available with a $5/hour discount.
Telephone support is available for existing customers at a $5/hour discount and is billed for 15-minute intervals. Therefore, an individual or small business would be billed $13.75 for a call lasting 1-15-minutes or $27.50 for a 16-30-minute call. A senior citizen would be billed $11.25 for 1-15-minutes of phone support or $22.50 for a 16-30-minute call. The rates are per incident and would not be an accumulated total. For instance, if someone called 10 times for 7 minutes on each call, each call would be billed as a 15-minute call. If there is only a quick question, 1-2 minutes, there will be no charge for existing customers. I am here to help.
